As of 1st April 2018, the Government released a new legislation called Boiler Plus that all gas combi boilers installed also have to be installed with smart controls.
ECO3 begins on the 1st October 2018 which is the 4th stage of the ECO process. It has some major changes which should benefit more customers living in fuel poverty.
